Fruit and Cinnamon Quesadilla

  • 1low-fat flour tortillas (or fat free)
  • 2tablespoons fat free cream cheese
  • 13cup strawberry, thinly sliced
  • 1tablespoon sugar (or Splenda)
  • 1dash cinnamon


  1. Spread cream cheese over tortilla.
  2. Top with strawberries and sugar on one side.
  3. Sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon and fold in half.
  4. Cook in a nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray for 2 minutes on each side.
