All About the Sauce
The biggest Big Mac secret? Its sauce! Although many people believe it’s impossible to replicate this at home, that isn’t the case. To perfect the infamous McDonald’s burger sauce, all you need is mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, and sweet pickle relish. Mix them together, and then add garlic powder, vinegar, onion powder, and a dash of paprika. Next thing you know, you’ll be looking at a beautiful pink sauce that tastes exactly like the beloved burger sauce at Mickey Dee’s. Not only will this create a beautiful pink color, but it will also taste exactly like the burger sauce at McDonald’s.

Biggggg Mac
Four Big Macs equal eight buns and eight patties. It’s best to make the patties with 80% fat beef and then roll them into 2 ounce balls. Once you’ve rolled them into balls, flatten them down and cook them on a griddle. Grill them to your own requirements, and then all that is left to do is add toppings. While we recommend you add whatever toppings tickle your fancy, the traditional Big Mac comes with lettuce, onions, pickles, and cheese. Last but not least, a Big Mac wouldn’t be a Big Mac without fries, of course!
